You may request deletion of information associated with an authorized account. We review and complete verified requests without unreasonable delay, subject to legal and security retention requirements.
How to request deletion
- Use the company contact channel listed on our contact page.
- Use the subject “Data Deletion Request”.
- Provide the business account name, relevant account ID where available, and enough information for us to verify authority.
- Do not send passwords, access tokens or payment credentials.
What happens next
We acknowledge the request, verify that the requester is authorized, identify applicable records and securely delete or anonymize eligible data. We will confirm completion or explain any lawful retention requirement.
Revoking platform access
You may revoke application authorization separately through the connected platform’s account or business settings. Revocation stops future authorized access but may not automatically delete records that must be retained for security or legal compliance.
